This product is a new synthetic process developed by ourselves. It’s a kind of slow-release polycarboxylic acid mother liquor which is polymerized by polyether monomer and unsaturated acid. It is compounded with a high-efficiency water reducing agent and has excellent slump maintaining ability, it has a certain water-reducing performance, and its release performance of slump maintaining ability is slowly released. It is suitable for concrete with poor quality of sand and poor cement adaptability and less cementitious material.It can obviously concrete slump keeping ability and coating ability, especially in the case that some general type retarders can’t be adapted and have obvious effects.
The fresh concrete has good workability, especially to improve the cohesiveness of the concrete, improve the anti-segregation and anti-bleeding performance of the concrete, and make the concrete:

No negative effect on the strength of concrete;
This product is suitable for all kinds of silicate cement. It should be used in combination with the water-reducing polycarboxylate water reducing agent mother liquor under normal temperature conditions. The mixing ratio is generally 8:2. According to the demand, the mixing ratio is determined experimentally and effectively adapted. The fresh concrete with small slump, small expansion and poor flow performance can effectively overcome the phenomenon of “catch bottom” and “slab knot” of fresh concrete.
When formulated with the common type of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent mother liquor, it is generally prepared according to the amount of 8:2, that is, the common type water reducing agent mother liquid is 80%, the moisture retention agent is 20%, and the prepared mother liquid dosage is 0.3% to 0.5% of the cementitious material. If the amount of the water reducing agent is calculated according to 1.5%, the amount of the herbicide is 3% to 6% of the water reducing agent. The quality of the raw materials and the requirements of the concrete design are high and low and floating up and down. The antioxidant and water reducing agent are formulated into an aqueous solution.
The water reduction rate of this product is low, and the water reduction effect is not seen in the initial slurry and adaptation. However, after 0.5hour to1hour, the slump is slowly released to achieve good protection performance.
When preparing the admixture, the product should be added to other retarding components according to the retardation requirements of the working conditions. In case of special working conditions, when the amount of the product is large, a part of the retarder and the product can be appropriately added with it, for example, sodium sulphate, white sugar, etc., the amount of this product can be appropriately reduced, thereby reducing the cost.
In the course of use, this product must be verified by experiments for different engineering materials. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the setting time of concrete to avoid excessive setting time and affect working conditions.
Packaging and storage:
1. This product is made of transparent liquid or light yellow liquid. It is packed in 200Kg and 1000Kg PE barrels, and can also be transported by 10 tons or 20 tons.

3. The shelf life is 6 months, and it can be used after passing the inspection.
